Welcome to the NC Bourbon & Spirits Festival!
If you're a fan of all things bourbon, then you won't want to miss out on this event happening on September 30th 2023 at the newly purchased Weldon Mills Theatre, formerly known as The Roanoke Rapids Theatre. Conveniently located right off interstate 95 at exit 171. This state of the art venue will allow us to enjoy the festivities all day, without concern for adverse weather. We also will be able to provide ample parking for attendees, and plenty of room for everyone. We've got everything you need to satisfy your taste buds, entertain your competitive nature, and rock out to some fantastic country tunes.
First, let's talk about the main attraction - the bourbon. Our festival offers some of the best bourbon and spirits that North Carolina has to offer. You'll have the opportunity to sample the finest creations from distilleries from across the state. Whether you prefer a classic and smooth taste, or something with a bit more complexity, there's sure to be a bourbon or spirit that will tickle your fancy.
But wait, there's more! In addition to the bourbon, we've got plenty of entertainment activities to keep you occupied throughout the day. We've got bull riding for those feeling particularly adventurous (or maybe a little bit crazy), and cornhole and axe throwing for those who prefer a more competitive outlet. And for the foodies out there, we've got some fantastic food trucks offering up a delicious range of snacks and meals to balance out the bourbon tastings.
Dispersed among our entertainment activities and bourbon tastings, we have unique vendors showcasing their wares. With everything from leather to wood and anything in between, you're sure to find something that sparks your interest at this event. And as the sun sets and the night kicks in, we've got an amazing concert lineup featuring Maggie Baugh, Ward Davis, and Whitey Morgan and the 78’s for your entertainment.
Plus, DJ Dank Williams and The Cove will keep the party going all day long outside.
